Raised to the rank of Samdach Brhat Sri Svasti Muni Varman Krum Luang Chau Chakrabangsa Hariraksha Paramindra Buwana Kraya Keo Fa Sulalaya 7th September 1923. Succeeded on the death of his father, 9th August 1927. Crowned at the Preah Tineang Tevea Vinicchay, Khemerin Palace, Phnom Penh, 20th July 1928. Granted the posthumous title of Brhat Karuna Brhat Parama Khattiya Kotha. Rcvd: GC of the Orders of the Legion of Honour (20.7.1928, GO 11.8.1927, Cdr 1918), Dragon of Annam, Million Elephants & White Parasol of Laos, and Leopold of Belgium (19.3.1932), the Royal Family Order 1st class of Johore (DK) (21.3.1933), Cdr 1st class with Star of the Order of the North Star of Sweden (1912), the Order of the Rising Sun 2nd class of Japan, Cdr. of the Order of the Lights (Nichan el-Anouar), Officer of the Orders of Arts & Letters, and of Agricultural Merit of France, and the Order of Merit of Indochina 1st class in gold, etc. m. (twelfth) Khun Brhat Munang Puspa Naralakshmi [Yim Tadh] (b. 1905; d. at Phnom Penh, 6th October 1968), daughter of Yim. m. (thirteenth) Anak Munang Nari Sri Samuni [Sisaman] (m. second, H.H.
