granted Bambree in fief 1823. Received
Theebo in compensation for the loss of
Bambree to the British in 1825. Raised to
the title of Sri Dharmaraja 1840.
Lost Theebo and imprisoned by King Pagan
1845. Released by King Mindon and granted
Khyundaung in fief 1852. Raised to the
title of Sri Suriya Maha Dharmaraja
1853. Governor-General of the Shan States
(Mone Bomhu) 1854-1856. Restored
to Theebo 1855. m. (first) 1819,
